The actress and singer, who filed without legal representation, requested that both she and Affleck, 51, waive spousal support. According to TMZ, the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement.
The news comes exactly two years after their lavish wedding ceremony in Georgia on August 20, 2022, which followed a more intimate elopement in Las Vegas a month prior.
The couple first met in 2002 on the set of the critically panned film Gigli and quickly became one of Hollywood‘s most talked-about pairs. Despite their whirlwind romance and subsequent engagement, the intense media scrutiny ultimately led to their first split in 2004.
